Error with installer dAddPort, Error code 5

Hello,

I am developing an application that uses the monochrome tiff printer driver and I need an installer for end users. I found the samples in the RTK and built the MSI installer (also tried the VB.net installer), however when I attempt to install on my machine as well as another machine I get the following error: Error in function dAddPort, Error code: 5. I have admin rights on both pcs and the install gets about 99% complete before it throws this error.

Has anyone else run into this or have any suggestions for a resolution. Thanks in advance for your help.
