Yes, they do support ASP .NET and even include sample applications written in ASP .NET.
The Black Ice Imaging Toolkits are a collection of standard Windows DLLs and OCX controls and can be used with any programming language capable of calling function from these types of components.

The ASP samples are in the "OCX" folder of the Sample Source Codes.
