CAN I SEND A WORD, EXCEL, HTML, ETC FILE AS A FAX?

In order to send a fax you have to have the document in faxable format. A Faxable format means a TIFF image with 1728 pixel width and 204x98 of 204x196 DPI.

In order to convert your document to this format you need the Black Ice TIFF printer driver. Using the Black Ice TIFF Printer driver your document (such as HTML, Word, Excel, PDF, etc. ) can be converted to TIFF images simple by printing them to the Black Ice printer driver.
