Example using just DLL and not OCX

Could you supply a sample of the PDF printer driver using just the DLL and not the OCX? I'm writing C# code that has no UI -- it's just a class library and every time I call LoadBlackIceDEVMODE I get a "Catastrophic Failure".

We also would like to use the printer drivers & Fax C++ from C# without going via OCX. There should be a .net assembly which uses interop to go directly to the DLLs without going via the OCX.
