How to extract ASCII Text from file

Hi,

I would like to be able to extract the text from the document that is getting printed, can u plz provide samples in C# or VB.net for the same. After extracting I would like to save the text into a MSAccess DB / SQL Server via either a webservice or executing the query directly from the C#/VB.Net code. Its a little urgent, ur help is greatly appreciated.
