Print2RDP Remote Desktop Connection Has Stopped Working

When i initially log on to the terminal server, everything look fine, i can see the printer in the printers and faxes window and can also print a test page.

When i try and print a word or excel document from the terminal server to a local printer, i get the following error message "Remote Desktop Connection Has Stopped Working". i then have to reconnect to the terminal server and log off and back on again. The reason i have to log off and back on again is that when i reconnect to the terminal server, no printers appear in the printers and faxes window.

i am able to print from my laptop from any application without any problems.

the OS on my laptop is Windwos 7 64bit and the terminal server is Windows Server 2003 32bit.

the version on my laptop is Print 2RDP Client 4.91 and on the server is version Print 2RDP Server 4.6

Thank you for your question!

In this case please use the same version of the Black Ice Print2RDP software both on the server and on the client computers. After this please check that the Print Spooler is running both on the server and on the client computer.
