Using Impact Fax Broadcasting over VoIP

Question:
We are trying to use the Impact Fax Broadcasting program using our internet phone system RingCentral. In the past, we used a land phone line plugged into the back of the computer, but we have changed offices and the new one uses the RingCentral VoIP system. The computer is connected to a Linksys E1000 router via ethernet, and the router is then connected to an Actiontec M1000 modem, which is then connected to the phone line from the wall.

Answer:
The Fax Broadcast will work with VoIP lines if the VoIP line is fax grade. Most VoIP service providers, can provide a fax grade line on request or a device to be used with analog fax boards. Vonage provides fax grade VoIP lines for an extra fee.
