Digi modem card ports not seen by Impact Fax Broadcast

We have several Digi AcellePort RAS 8 card installed on multiple servers using Windows Fax Services to manage the faxes. On one of our servers I am setting up to test Impact Fax Broadcast in place of Windows Fax Services to see if this would be a better solution. with the latest drivers. I am using a downloaded demo version of your product and have it installed. When I go to the Open COM Port window, I do not see any of the 8 ports of the Digi card. I know that the demo version only will allow for one port access, however, I only see COM 1.

I need a little help in setting this up. Thanks

The most likely reason that you do not see the ports is because Windows Fax Services are keeping the ports open. Please stop the Windows fax service or close the ports and then you will be able to open the port with Impact Fax Broadcast.
