Serial Number Wrong??

Just bought the software. Downloaded the exe file, uninstalled the trial version, cleaned the registry, and installed the bought version. The program starts with a small window asking for the serial number. I enter it, the window goes away, and nothing happens.. No program, nothing.. Any help with this would be appreciated.. Thanks..
