Due to a Microsoft Security update (KB2393802) published on Feb 7, 2011 you may get the following error message when uninstalling the FileMorph Server from 64 bit operating systems:
(This does not effect FileMorph Server version 2.35 or higher!)

or in the case of using the evaluation version

When this error occurs, the uninstall process will be terminated. Please note down the referenced DLL file name and just press OK.

To solve this issue please
1. Copy (not move) the referenced DLL file from the ”\Windows\System32” folder to the ”\Windows\SysWOW64” folder.
2. Once the DLL file has been copied, the FileMorph Server can be removed from ”Control Panel -> Programs and Features” as usual.
3. Having finished the uninstallation successfully, please delete the DLL file from the SysWOW64 directory.
4. Restart the machine if prompted.

A update is already available. This issue has been fixed in FileMorph Server version 2.35 released on 02/22/2011. For information about upgrade options please contact Black Ice Impact Sales at impactsales@blackice.com.

Thank you!
