Cannot configure domain users

We have purchased both the Print2Email and Print2Email Server editions. We installed the Server version on our Windows Server 2003 Terminal Server. However, we cannot configure domain users. It only offers us the ability to add local user accounts. All users of the Terminal Server are domain users. What are we missing?

We ran into this problem as well and noticed that the settings desired were located at Reg [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Print2Email Server]. It would be nice to see the program have an option to apply settings for all sessions.
