Worked yesterday, today it doesnt

I was using the demo version and it worked great!!! Today, no joy. Solving for: Laptop with local printer connects to our Citrix website (https://onanywhere.xxxxx.com) where applications are published. The one we're interested is the RDP icon. I launch RDP and connect to a remote machine where I do my work and from where I want to print. We were stumped. I installed Blackice print2rdp and wow was i impressed. it just worked. today no joy. i look forward to some help. i'll buy in a heartbeat if i can get it to work. I do vip support and the pressure is on! Thanks
