Print options windows opens in background

We recently bought this nice piece of software and it mostly does its job fine. But if we print from one specific software the local desktop printer option window always opens in the background, that means you have to minimize your whole rdp-session to click ok to print. disabling this window is not an option because we have to use a lot of different very specific printing options for each printing task. I don't know why this happens, because with every other software I tried the printing options window pops up before the rdp session, so you can just select and hit ok to print. any chance you can help me?

help. same problem here "printer option window always opens in the background".. Are you still active on this forum? do you have an explanation now for the issue you have encountered last year?

Hello,

It seems like the Enable printing preference option is enabled by accident in the Print2RDP client. To prevent the printing preference window to keep pop up. Please uncheck the “Enable printing preference Dialog” on the Preferences tab.
