Print2RDP Upgrade Problem

I'm trying to upgrade to the latest version of Print2RDP server, but I can't uninstall the previous version. It says that it is uninstalling and opens the web browser to ask why you're uninstalling, but all it does is wipe out the registration information. The installed version is 4.3 running on a Windows 2003 server.
