setting default outbound e-mail address

Can a default outbound e-mail address be set up as part of the user configuration? In other words, we only need to print to the same e-mail address repeatedly, like for a nightly report to either a distribution list or individual.

Take the following steps:

1. Open Email Settings in the Print2Email
2. Select All e-mails automatically to the same email address option
3. Uncheck Specify recipients manually checkbox.
4. Specify the To, Cc and Bcc fields (only the To filed is requested.) You can specify more recipients. The separator character is ;.
5. Specify the subject.

After these steps if you print with Print2Email printer, the printed documents will be sent automatically to the specified email address(es).
