Fail to connect for receiving fax request

Dear all,

I've tried to use Acer Modem 56 Surf for my PC to receive fax by the demo toolkit.
However, it does not work (fail to connect).

The sample code I'm using is available at:
C:\Program Files\Black Ice Software Inc\FaxDem32\Sample Source Codes\OCX\Fax OCX\Visual Basic Sample

The message in the main windows are:
COM1 was closed
COM1 was opened
Ring detected on COM1...
Transmission terminated on COM1
COM1 termination status - Session not terminated
COM1 connected for 0 milliseconds.

An issue similar to this was resolved in the 11.00 release of the Fax C++/ActiveX Toolkit. We recommend downloading the latest evaluation version from our website. If for some reason this issue still exists, please send a detailed description of how to systematically reproduce the issue to techsupport@blackice.com so that our engineers can open a support ticket for this issue.
