dialogic boards with DSP (SoftFax)

I am working with Fax c++/ActiveX, how can i connect a port DSP my board is a dialogic 60-Port Voice D/600JCT-2E1 8 Port Fax PCI

i can open the port but i can't send o recive fax because fax activex can't dialing or answered.
