Problem I faced when try to use trial version of BarCode SDK

I dwonloaded trial version of BarCode SDK. I tried to use with ASPNET.
When I run ASPNET example:
1. It worked fine with machine Windows 2000.
2. When I try to use with Windows 2003 It worked first time and after that it timed out when try to read barcode or write barcode, It didn't work again until i unistall BaraCode SDK and ASPNET and install them again.
3. When I try to use with Windows XP It didn't work at any time. It timed Out when try to read or write BarCode.

It works within application sample with (Windows 2000, Windows XP,
Windows 2003)
What is problem, Is it license ,security, or anything else.
