Basic Barcode question

Our customer gave me a spec and need to print some barcode on it. They need us to print a code 128 with bar width multiplier 2 or 3. But we did not know what’s the meaning of ""bar width multiplier 2 or 3"". Hope someone know this.

Actually, wide bar to narrow ratio does not apply to the Code 128 barcode symbology. If you are required to use the ratio, you may have to choose 3 of 9 barcode. However, Code128 is a better choice for its full ascii characters encoding. And a barcode generation control can make the generation procedure more easily.

Hi, yes, I am required to create the barcoes with ratio, so I need the Code 39 right? I see a lot of barcode control online, which one should I choose?

You can use a barcode font. However, a barcode SDK is better, like this one
