multipage tifs when printing plain text messages

Hi,

We use blackice as a component of our software. We configured BlackIce to print each page as a tiff file.

When printing a plain text message from Outlook blackice creates a multipage tiff while it is supposed to create a single file for each page.
When the mail format is changed to html the problem does not occur.

What can be done to fix this bug ?

We printed to a printer driver and were able to create multiple tiff files. Some applications "ignore" the default printer settings. Please make sure to check your printer settings before the print job is sent to the printer driver. Also, what is the version number of the driver you are using? What is the environment? What version of Outlook? We will need as much information as possible in order to try to reproduce this issue.

There was a known bug in Outlook 2000 which caused similar issues, essentially Outlook was ignoring the extended devmode settings of the printer driver. This issue did not occur with any other version of Outlook.
