PowerPoint - ColorPlus - Bates Numbering

We print to Fax and ColorPlus and use Bates numbering. When we open PowerPoint and print slides and then notes using Fax, we get two sets of output. However, when doing that with ColorPlus, it only does one set (the second set overwrites the first set). Is there something wrong with our settings or something?

Make sure that you are not overwriting the files by specifying an exact filename generation method and not changing the name of the file after printing. Alternately you can use the "Keep Existing Files" option to append print jobs into a single file.
