Printing was unsuccessful for some reason. How can I troubleshoot this?


By default, the Black Ice printer drivers generate a group file in the same directory as the generated image file, which is specified in the Filename generation tab of the printer driver user interface. The groupfile contains information about the print job, including any related error codes. These error codes can provide the Black Ice technical support team with more information on the exact cause of the printing error.
