How can I force Black Ice printer driver to leave room for a fax header at the top of the page?


In the printer driver you can specify how many pixels to add to the top of the page (image) to leave space for the fax header. Go to the Printing preferences, Device Settings, and specify the number of lines in pixels at the "Add Fax header" edit box.
