Hi,
I have been working on a 64bit server where we have the Black ICE printer drivers setup for converting documents in PDFs. Black ICE printer drivers installed as specifically for 64 bit server. For past few days we are getting error in the Group File which reads: Print Status=Internal error: 207 and the PDF document generated is generated as corrupt.
Kindly help me understand this issue and provide any information which might help to resolve this issue.

I am working with the previous poster. The installation is on a 64-bit Terminal Server / Citrix environment.
We are in a situation where for 2 users (having the same authority/rights), one user can get a .TXT file converted to .PDF. For another user, the conversion fails and the return shows "Print status=Internal error: 207."
