(This does not effect Black Ice Printer Drivers version 13.06 (revision: 194 or higher!)
When this error occurs, the uninstall process will be terminated. Please note down the referenced DLL file name and just press OK.
To solve this issue please
1. copy (not move) the referenced DLL file from the ”\Windows\System32” folder to the ”\Windows\SysWOW64” folder.
2. Once the DLL file has been copied, the Printer Driver can be removed from ”Control Panel -> Programs and Features” as usual.
3. After uninstallation you can delete the DLL file from the SysWOW64 directory.
4. Restart the machine if prompted.

This issue will also effect Citrix Terminal Servers on the updated 64-bit Microsoft operating systems.
