Black Ice Auto-print application for MS Office and PDF

I am trying to do auto-conversion of document to TIFF.

When I use the above application for the MS Office documents, it converts fine. When I try with Adobe 7.0 reader files, I get following error "An error has occurred while trying to start Adobe Acrobat Reader. Verify that Adobe Acrobat Reader is installed and working properly". The only way I know how to verify that Reader is installed properly is by double clicking on the document and it opens properly. Any ideas? I am using Reader 7.05
