Voice2Email
provides an easy to use, seamless interface for users to
record, send and play voice message directly from Microsoft
Outlook. Voice2Email takes advantage of your existing
Outlook contacts and address books, allowing you to record
and send messages to any number of email addresses.
Installing
Voice2Email conveniently adds a Voice2Email button to
Microsoft Outlook. Pressing this button will launch
the Voice2Email interface, pictured at right. |

a simple easy to use user Interface. Simply open Outlook, press
the Voice2Email button, and record your message. Next, select the recipient(s) you
want to send to and you are ready to go.

Opening the
audio attachments:
Recipients of Voice2Email messages do
not need Voice2Email installed, they can simply play the received
message in any application capable of playing WAV files, such as
Windows Media Player. When using Voice2Email and receiving
Voice2Email messages, the messages can be played right from Outlook.
Voice2Email
supports the following platforms:

Voice2Email requires Microsoft Outlook
2000 or higher to record and send messages, Outlook is not required
to play received messages
