Go to Start menu and start the the Print2RDP Server.In the Print2RDP Client Properties, go to the License Information tab to see the current license. To reset the licenses, click on the 'Reset Licenses' button.The following dialog will pop up. If the user click 'Yes', the connected printers will be deleted, and the number of used licenses will be set to zero.Once the process is complete they will be prompted to log off and start a new session to recover their printers.
