Print2PDF Server



The Print2PDF Server is designed for Terminal Server environments, and can be used just like the standalone version to convert any printable file to a PDF document from your original. You can convert Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, Web Pages, Quick Books and PowerPoint presentations to PDF files without even needing to open the original program.

With Print2PDF Server you can automate the document conversion process by having Print2PDF monitor directories for documents. Because Print2PDF Server works like any other printer, anything you could normally print from can give you a PDF on your computer instead of paper. The Print2PDF Server is based on the Black Ice Printer Driver technologies which are highly optimized, feature rich document conversion tools.

Supported Output Formats:
  • Portable Document Format (.PDF) Version 1.4
  • Portable Document Format (.PDF) Version 1.4 (image)
  • XML with PDF Version 1.4 (image)

How does it work?

Print2PDF will install a virtual printer on your computer, and by simply printing your document to the Print2PDF printer, the document will be converted to the desired format and placed in the folder you choose. Alternatively, printing can be entirely automated by placing files in a folder and having Print2PDF monitor that directory and convert all new files as they appear.
