Enables or disables transparency in PDF/A documents.
Parameters
BlackIceDEVMODE* pDevMode - pointer to the BlackIceDEVMODE structure.
BOOL bEnable - the state of the transparency option. If this value is TRUE, the transparency option is turned on.
