Sets the Format member of the BlackIceDEVMODE. Sets the value of the 'File Format' combo box.
Parameters
DWORD fileformat - File Format (DWORD number).
BlackIceDEVMODE* pDevMode - pointer to the BlackIceDEVMODE structure.
Return value
TRUE if the member was successfully set, otherwise FALSE.
