Enables or disables Logging for the FTP connection identified by iConnectionID. The log file name can be set using the SetFTPLogFile method.

Input value pDevMode:
Handle to the BlackIceDEVMODE.
Input value iConnectionID:
The ID of the selected FTP connection. The ID can be attained by using the GetFTPConnectionByIndex, GetFTPConnectionByName, GetSelectedFTPConnection or the AddFTPConnection methods.
Input value bEnable:
Set to True to enable Logging, or False to disable it.
Return value:
True on success, otherwise False.
NOTE: For 32-bit applications, use pDevMode as Integer, instead of Long.
