Sets the body of the predefined email. This value is used when the silent email sending is enabled. For more information please see the SetEmailSilentSending method.

Input value pDevMode: - pointer to the BlackIceDEVMODE structure.
Input value pStr: - The email body to set. The maximum length of this parameter is 516 (including terminating \0 character).
Return value - TRUE on success otherwise FALSE.
