Input value - handle to the BlackIceDEVMODE structure.
Return value - TRUE if ‘Tile’ position is used.
Note: This method is no longer supported as of version 13.82. Developers should use the GetWatermarkPosition and SetWatermarkPosition methods.
NOTE: For 32-bit applications, use pDevMode as Integer, instead of Long.
