Input value - pDevMode: handle to the BlackIceDEVMODE structure
Return value - TRUE if the barcode is printed on a new page, inserted in front of the printed document, FALSE otherwise.
NOTE: For 32-bit applications, use pDevMode as Integer, instead of Long.
