Gets the path and filename of the BIFTP utility of the Printer Driver, used for the FTP upload feature.

Input value pDevMode:

Handle to the BlackIceDEVMODE.

Return value:

The path to the BiFTP utility.

NOTE: For 32-bit applications, use pDevMode as Integer, instead of Long.
