Handle to the BlackIceDEVMODE.
Input value iConnectionID:
The ID of the connection. The ID can be attained by using the GetFTPConnectionByIndex, GetFTPConnectionByName, GetSelectedFTPConnection or the AddFTPConnection methods.
Return value:
The name of the connection
NOTE: For 32-bit applications, use pDevMode as Integer, instead of Long.
