Description
Sets the BLF_STARTFORMESSAGING flag to 0 (false). Depending on the state of the BLF_STARTBEFOREPRINTING flag, selects the 'Start Before Printing' or 'Start After Printing' radio button.

BlackIceDEVMODE* pDevMode - pointer to the BlackIceDEVMODE structure.
Return value
TRUE if the flag was successfully set to 0 (false), otherwise FALSE.
