The Black Ice printer drivers allow a print job to be redirected to another printer. When redirect printing is used and a print job is sent from an application, the unmodified print job that was sent to the printer is sent to the printer specified by the Setup Redirect Printing executable.
To send print jobs to another printer, you must run the Setup Redirect Printing executable. This can be accessed using from the Start MenuàPrgroamsàBlack Ice PrinteràSetup Redirect Printing, which will open a window similar to the one below:
By checking the Enable Redirect printing to another printer box, redirect printing will be enabled. The list of printers to which the print job will be sent is given in the Available printers dropdown box. Select the printer you wish to redirect to from the list. To generate the same output for both the redirected printer and the Black Ice driver, check the Use Physical Printer’s settings box. Press OK to finish configuring the redirect printing.
