Administrator privileges are required to install and register Print2RDP Server. Antivirus software may block certain functions of the Print2RDP.
Please add Print2RDP to the Safe list. Please check the documentation of your antivirus and/or firewall software how to add Print2RDP to the Safe or Allowed list.
The Print2RDP server component must be installed on the Windows Terminal Server system. The Terminal Server must be in install mode in order for any application to be installed. To do this:
Navigate to the Start Menu > Settings > Control Panel. When the dialog appears open the Add/Remove Programs item. On the left gray pane, select Add New Programs. The following window will appear:

Click the CD or Floppy button. The following window will appear:

Click the Next button. Windows will search for any setup programs then show the following screen:

Select the Browse button and navigate to the Print2RDP_Server.exe file and click the Open button. Click Next on the Run Installation Program.
The InstallShield Wizard will display an anti-virus related window. A virus scanner may prevent Print2RDP from working properly, so one should disable any installed anti-virus software then click Next. After the installation is complete Print2RDP can be added to the virus scanner as an “Exception” or a “Trusted Application”.

Click Next to start the installation of the Print2RDP.

Read and accept the License Agreement and Click Next.

The installation location dialog will appear. Choose a directory to install Print2RDP to by clicking the Browse… button and selecting a directory OR use the default location. Click Next.

The Program Folder dialog will appear. Choose a different Program Folder or choose the default folder by not making any changes. Click Next.

If “Default to main client printer” option of Terminal Services is enabled on the system, the following window will appear. To disable this option (recommended), click Yes.

Print2RDP will install and then the Wizard Complete dialog will appear.

Print2RDP Server Demo automatically registers the Demo during installation. A dialog will appear confirming that the Print2RDP Demo has successfully registered over the internet.
