In order to send a print job to an alternate print tray, the ‘Enable the Printing Preferences Dialog’ option must be checked in the Print2RDP Client. This will open the Printing Preferences dialog on the client machine for each printing. With this option you can set preferences that you cannot set on the server.
1. Before establishing the RDP connection to the server please check the “Enable Printing Preferences Dialog” option on the “Preferences” tab of the Print2RDP Client
2. Log in to the server and print a document
3. Before the document is printed the printing preferences dialog of the printer will appear on the client side
4. Please select the tray you would like to use
5. Confirm the settings to finish the printing.
