Reduce the size (KB) of the generated file

The size of the image file generated by the Print2Email printer driver can be reduced by performing any of the following steps:

1.    Reduce the DPI

2.    Reduce the paper size

3.    Use one of the available compression methods.  For best results with TIFF files, use CCIT G4.  For best results with PDF files use the Flate compression.

4.    Lower the Bit Depth of the generated image, i.e. from 24 bit to 8 bit
