If you want to close the Print2Email control center, you need to press the “Exit” button. Keeping the Control Center closed is necessary if you want to generate and save images without sending an email. Please see the Using Print2Email as a Printer Driver to Generate Images without emailing them section.
Press the “X” button in the top right corner of the Control Center to minimize it to the system tray. The system tray is located on the right end of the “Start” button task bar next to the clock. You can then open up the Control Center by clicking on the icon in the system tray.
Please Note: If you plan on using Print2Email to generate and send out emails, it is recommended that the Control Center is minimized to the system tray rather than closed altogether. Doing so will speed up the process of launching the email form and sending out the email.
