The Print2Email Server printer driver can be used just like any regular printer. To use the Print2Email Server printer drivers, just print to it from any windows application.
To use the Print2Email Server printer driver, do the following:
Install Print2Email Server.
When Print2Email Server is installed, it is added to the printer list for your computer as Print2Email Server.
Start the program from which you will be printing and open or create a new file to be printed.
When you select Print from the application, set the printer to the Print2Email Server printer driver.
Click on OK to send the print job to the Print2Email Server printer.

Press the properties button to change the settings of the Print2Email Server printer driver. Change any desired settings, such as output file format, resolution, etc., and press OK when finished to start the printing process.
You can also change the Print2Email Server printer settings from Control Panel:
To view your computer's printer list click on Start > Settings > Printers.
On your computer's printer list, right-click on the Print2Email Server printer and select Printing Preferences.
In the Print2Email Server properties dialog, select the desired settings for printing. When you have finished setting the desired options, click OK on the printing preferences tab. These setting swill become the default settings for the Print2Email Server printer driver.
