RAW data type limitations

When using the RAW data type there are some restrictions that should be taken into consideration. 

1. DPI restrictions:  Printing using the RAW data type requires memory to be allocated on the kernel level.  Kernel level memory allocation is very limited and this should be taken into account when specifying printer settings.
