Technical support is provided free of charge for 30 days from the purchase of the BiLPDManager or to customers who have an active maintenance plan.  All technical support questions should be sent to support@blackice.com.

 

Guidelines for submitting technical support questions for the retail products.

·         Name of the product.

·         Detailed description of your environment, such as:

·         CPU speed and memory used.

·         Operating System and Service Pack

·         Operating System language, for example: Chinese.

·         The version number of the product, the date of purchase, or the invoice number.

·         Detailed description of the problem.
