To set up a complete LPR/LPD printing system, please follow the steps below:
- Install BiLPDManager.
- Add the port which you need to use, using Port Settings.
- Allow the port on your Firewall.
- Add the Remote IP Address to the BiLPDManager in Security Settings section on General Settings tab to allow connections from remote computers.
- Add the queue name on Queue Settings tab.
- Assign printer to queue on the Add Printers to Queues tab.
- Print from a Remote Computer.
- Configure the BiLPDManager Service.
- Start the BiLPDManager service to 24/7 unattended printing.
