To specify a cover page for dynamic filling, open a new faxmail to send. There is a Send with cover page check box under the attachements on the Impact Fax Server Client’s Fax Message window. When this check box is selected a window will popup with the populated fields as shown below.
You should use this to specify the cover page for the application to us, this cover page will be filled dynamically based on the contact information you have specified. The FROM fields, the SUBJECT and the COMMENT of this template are saved in an ini file and can be used when broadcasting. The TO fields and the DATE are filled dynamically during the broadcast process based on the records of the Phone Book and the current time. When you have completed the cover page, press the Send button to use this cover page, or press the Exit button to exit from in the template. If the Exit button is used, no cover page will be sent with the fax transmissions.
