Once the installation of the Impact Fax Server is complete, the Impact Fax Server service will be started and the Administrative page can be accessed. If you installed the Impact Fax Server on the computer you are using, you can double click the icon on the desktop entitled, ‘Impact Fax Server Administration’ (if during installation you specified the option to create a desktop icon). The ‘Impact Fax Server Administration’ is also located in the Start Menu under Programs->Impact Fax Server->Impact Fax Server Administration.
To access the Administration page from a remote location, open your current web browser and type http://IPAddress:1172 (where IPAddress is the IP address of the server you wish to connect to, eg. 111.111.111.111). If the port was changed from the default value by the user then type that number instead of 1172. The administrative page will appear as shown here.
