The first time that the Impact ColorFax phonebook is used the following window will appear:
This is normal. If you have not used Impact ColorFax before, simply press Yes to create a new phonebook. However, if you have used Impact ColorFax before and have an existing phonebook database, you should use the Importing an existing Phone Book feature to import your existing phonebook into Impact ColorFax.
